A major UAE automotive distributor running a dated catalogue site that couldn't handle Ramadan traffic spikes, had no dealer portal, and lacked the UAE-specific financing workflows (murabaha) that customers expected before any purchase decision.

Platform Audit
Identified the legacy system's failure points — no load balancing, unoptimised queries collapsing under 3× peak traffic, and no API layer for dealer integration.
Magento 2 Migration
Migrated to Magento 2 with a custom theme, maintaining all existing product data and SEO URLs to avoid ranking drops during the transition.
Custom Modules
Built a vehicle configurator (colour, trim, accessories), an Islamic finance (murabaha) calculator, and a dealer location system for all 12 UAE locations.
Performance & Scaling
Implemented Varnish caching, a CDN for media, and auto-scaling to handle Ramadan traffic peaks without downtime.
