Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the AbdulSoft website (abdulsoft.com) and any services provided by AbdulSoft Digital FZ-LLC. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AbdulSoft website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services

AbdulSoft Digital FZ-LLC ("AbdulSoft", "we", "us") provides digital marketing, web development, UI/UX design, SEO optimisation, and AI integration services. The scope of any engagement is defined in a separate Statement of Work or Service Agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, code, and materials created by AbdulSoft remain the intellectual property of AbdulSoft until full payment is received. Upon final payment, deliverables as specified in the agreement transfer to the client. AbdulSoft retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and required assets. AbdulSoft is not responsible for delays caused by client unavailability or incomplete information.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. AbdulSoft requires a deposit before commencing work. Late payments may result in project suspension. All prices are in AED unless stated otherwise.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of 2 years.

7. Limitation of Liability

AbdulSoft's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. Work completed and expenses incurred up to the termination date will be billed. Deposits are non-refundable.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
